Prices for our products and services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be determined based on your order specifications, including the type of product, quantity, and shipping method. -
Payment:
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. -

5. Production and Delivery

Our standard production time is near 7 days from proof approval. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, or seasonal demand. -
Shipping:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and location. We use third-party carriers to handle shipments. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. -
Delays:
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the product has been dispatched. Any delays caused by third-party carriers are beyond our control. -
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order is damaged during shipping or you do not receive your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and, where necessary, offer a replacement in accordance with our returns policy.
